Email Support (All Plans). Send us an email at support@contractorcrm.com. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days. Include your company name and a description of the issue or question.

Priority Support (Professional Plan). Professional plan users receive priority email support with faster response times, typically within 4-8 business hours.

Dedicated Account Manager (Enterprise Plan). Enterprise customers are assigned a dedicated account manager who provides personalized onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

When contacting support, include as much detail as possible: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and any error messages you saw. Screenshots are always helpful.
