By creating an account or using Hammr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
To use Hammr, you must create an account and select a paid subscription plan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
Hammr is a paid subscription service. By selecting a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree not to:
You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into Hammr. We do not claim ownership of your business data, contacts, projects, estimates, invoices, or any other content you create within the platform.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hammr and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the service. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
