Your contact database is the foundation of your business relationships. Here's how to get the most out of it.
Contact Types. Each contact can be categorized as a Client, Subcontractor, Vendor, or Inspector. Use these types to filter and organize your database. For example, quickly pull up all your subcontractors when you need to staff a new project.
Search and Filter. Use the search bar at the top of the Contacts page to find anyone by name, company, email, or phone. You can also filter by contact type to narrow down your list.
Contact Details. Click on any contact to see their full profile, including all related leads, projects, estimates, and invoices. This gives you a complete history of your relationship with that person or company.
Keeping Data Clean. Periodically review your contacts to update phone numbers, emails, and addresses. Accurate contact information saves time and prevents missed communications.
