Keep your company profile accurate — it appears on estimates, invoices, and throughout the system.
Navigate to Settings to update your company information: name, email, phone, address, city, state, ZIP, and website.
Your company name and contact information appear in the header of estimates and invoices, so make sure everything is accurate and professional.
If your business moves or changes its name, update these fields immediately so all new documents reflect the correct information. Previously created estimates and invoices retain the information from when they were created.
