Updating payment methods

Keep your payment information up to date to avoid service interruptions.

Go to Settings > Subscription and click 'Manage Billing.' This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can add, remove, or update your payment methods.

You can store multiple payment methods and set a default. If your primary card expires or is declined, Stripe will automatically try your backup payment method.

If a payment fails, you'll receive an email notification. Update your payment method promptly to avoid any interruption to your service. Your account remains active during a brief grace period while you update your payment information.
