The lead pipeline gives you a visual overview of where every potential job stands. It's the best way to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Pipeline Stages. Leads move through six stages: New → Contacted → Qualified → Proposal Sent → Won → Lost. Each stage represents a step in your sales process.
Kanban View. The default pipeline view shows your leads as cards arranged in columns by stage. Drag and drop cards between columns as leads progress. This visual approach makes it easy to see your entire pipeline at a glance.
Table View. Switch to table view for a more detailed look at your leads, including value, priority, source, and follow-up dates. This view is great for sorting and filtering large numbers of leads.
Follow-Up Dates. Set follow-up dates on each lead so you never forget to check in. Overdue follow-ups are highlighted to grab your attention.
Best Practice: Review your pipeline at the start of each day. Move any leads that have progressed, follow up on overdue items, and add new leads as they come in.
